A bucket, also called a pail, is a watertight, vertical cylinder or truncated cone, with an open top and a flat bottom, usually attached to a semicircular carrying handle called the bail. A mop bucket has an added extra called a wringer. This is used to ‘wring’ any extra moisture out of the mop head so that it is not too saturated and there for more effective. A mop is a textile mounted on a handle used in cleaning. It is generally used for cleaning floors. Using a mop for cleaning floors and, for example tiled walls, greatly improves the hygienic working conditions for the handler.

Running an office, cafe, restaurant/bistro or any business for that matter without a mop and bucket is not a good idea. It is important for hygiene, health and safety reasons that the business premises is kept clean and free from spills and excessively wet floors.
