We can help this school holiday!

The ever useful Office365 has put its thinking cap on and has come up with the following products to help you keep the children entertained this school holiday;

For the younger child:
Every young child loves colouring, so we recommend these great products;
BIC Kids Evolution Pencils  code 655872 (pack of 12), code 701642 (pack of 144)
These brightly coloured pencils are wood-free and shock-resistant, so no breaking when dropped or trodden-on.  Complies with European Toy Standards.
BIC Kids Plastidecor Crayons  code 120120 (pack of 12), code 701650 (pack of 24)
Vivid crayons, great for colouring in large areas. They are extra clean, so no crayon marks on sofas, clothes or hands!  Complies with European Toy Standards.
BIC Kids Visa Felt Pens  code 701692 (pack of 144)
Suitable for younger artists, these felt tip pens are water based, so are washable. The high quality ink doesn’t dry out if the cap is left off.  Complies with European Toy Standards.
You’ll be needing lots of paper for all that drawing and colouring, so we recommend the Motif Hibulk Paper, code 16999X, £9.00 ex VAT for 5 reams – this should last you through the summer!

How lovely!

Are you sent flowers often by loved ones, friends or family? Then hate the fact they die? Maybe artificial plants are for you!Plant

We have a lovely range of artificial plants, which are suitable for home or the office. My particular favorite is the one on the right - the ‘Bird Of Paradise’.

They are maintenance free! All you have to do is dust them down from time to time and they will last forever. Now that sounds better than forgetting to water your plants!

They have a lower cost compared to buying real plants - as  they don’t die and need replacing!

You can even place them wherever YOU want - not where the plant needs to be for natural light.

Click here for a list of all our beautiful plants!

P.S - These plants do take about 7-14 days to be delivered - but they do come with a 2 year guarantee!!!

Calculator with everything you require for GCSE Mathematics

I am currently re-taking my Maths GCSE and without this calculator I would be lost it has all the functions you require and more.

When you are taking Mathematics the rules and regulations of the examinations board are very stringent but this calculator is perfect because it’s standard so you can easily clear any saved formulas etc.

If I can use this calculator without getting confused anyone can…

Make more desk space

If like me you need as much space as you can get for your work, this item is just what you need Risera monitor stand with a draw.

This helps reduce the risk of neck strain and red eye which is great if you are working at your screen for long time periods.

You can also add extra draws individually to give you more storage space to work with.

To maximise the space available to you, you can also purchase a copy holder that attaches to the side of the monitor.

Repetitive Strain Injury

Did you know that in 2003-2004, 4.7 million working days in Great Britain were lost due to RSI?

Repetitive Strain Injury, (RSI) is caused by continued overuse of the same muscles, tendons and nerves. This usually affects the neck and upper limbs, although it can affect other areas. It can also be caused by poor posture.

Athough RSI is not exclisive to computer users, it is very common within this group. Many people now use computers for both work and leisure and this has lead to an increase in the number of reported cases of RSI.Office Chair

Causes include poor posture when sitting at a desk or having your monitor at the incorrect height which means there is straining of the muscles, tendons or nerves, and if they are strained or tensed for too long this could lead to RSI.

You can help decrease your chances of RSI by doing stretching exercises and taking regular breaks, also there are chairs similar to this one which we use, keyboards and mouse mats to name but a few. Take a look on our website and uncover all the different items we have available to make your working day a more pleasant one!
