Organising your filing cabinet is always a complicated, boring task. Make your boring filing days end with these Pink Suspension files!

Sometimes choosing the right files for your filling cabinets can be a bit confusing. I have put the approximated measurements of the files which we supply below, for the suspension and lateral files.

Suspension Files

These files come in either A4 or Foolscap sizes.

A4- The file size (WxD) is 315×245mm and the runner width = 345mm

Foolscap - The file size (WxD) is 365×245mm and the runner width is = 400mm

Lateral Files

Lateral 330 - (WxD) 330×280mm

Lateral 275 - (WxD) 275×280mm

Lateral 12 - (WxD) 275×350mm

A few people have been slightly confused with the Rotadex Platfiles, as they come in several parts.

The Platfiles are ideal if you are looking for somewhere to store your lever arch files, box files or ring binders which are easily accessible - each platform rotates independently to allow this.

To create your own system you would need to order one base per unit (625962), then choose the number and type of platforms you require - Circular (625695), Square (625709) or Ring Binder Platform (675530). If required you can even order a Dust Cover Top (625717).

There is even an option for a desktop model (675530) so if you didn’t want a whole system, you can still use this ideal space saver.
